Costa Rican illustrator Maria Jose Da Luz shows her fondness over babies in her series of baby illustrations inspired by photographs of them. She takes a photo of a baby then imitates their sweetness and likeness through digital art. They convey the adorable demeanor of the little ones. In some, the best are transported to a different environment or add a buddy to the baby.
There’s a baby being thrown in air by Batman, a baby on a sea riding a cute lochness monster, a baby holding a frog and even one on top of a frog! The possibilities are endless with Da Luz’s imagination. It’s a fun and unique way to do to immortalize your children’s early years. Good news is, she’s available for commission projects over at her Etsy shop.
