French artist Thomas Lamadieu turns your world upside down when you look up to the sky. This innovative creator turns images of buildings and skyscapes into funny and creative characters with his doodles. From bearded men with paint brushes and cats to pirates in waiting, Lamadieu changes the way we look up in the sky in an everyday urban setting.
Lamadieu tells of his vision saying, “My artistic aim is to show a different perception of everyday urban architecture and the environment around us, what we can construct with a boundless imagination.”
His works will be on display at his exhibition Skyart as part of Hong Kong’s Le French May Festival starting May 2 until May 31. If you’re in the area, better check it out.
